Delta: Gbaramatu monarch alleges looting, molestation by Army

The Gbaramtu monarch raised the alarm when the Special Adviser to the President on Amnesty, Brig. Gen. Paul Boroh Rtd. on Peace Mission visited the palace of the monarch late Sunday evening.
