Warri—The Ewein Congress of Ogbe-Ijoh, Warri Kingdom, in Delta State, has suspended its 2015 constitution and adopted the 2003 constitution, just as it  set up an audit panel to audit the account of the governing council.

The Ewein Congress, which is the highest decision making organ in the kingdom, at an enlarged meeting, yesterday, resolved to uphold the continuous sanctity, power and authority of the 2003 constitution throughout the kingdom and condemned the interim secretary recommended by the traditional council.

These resolutions were contained in a statement by the Council Chairman, Mr. Arex Akemotubo and acting Secretary,  Mr. Aaron Oweizi-Eriye.

The Ewein Congress consequently urged all companies and organisations operating in the kingdom  to only work with Mr. Aaron Oweizi-Eriye who is an assistant secretary in an acting capacity, on behalf of the Ogbe-Ijoh Warri Kingdom’s Governing Council.
