[This Day] Abuja -A former Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh (rtd), monday pleaded not guilty to the 10-count charge filed against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at the Federal High Court in Abuja.
