The Nigerian Military Pension Board has said the Board has no plans for now to conduct any form of verification exercise anywhere in the country noting that the Board will notify its esteemed pensioners and stakeholders when it concludes arrangement to conduct any verification exercise.
A statement by the Public Relations Officer of the board, Flight Lieutenant Ikenna Ezendu said all the numerous information circulating and stating dates for the military verification exercise dates are false.
He said the unauthorized schedules are circulated by some disgruntled elements to mislead pensioners saying that the MPB hereby disassociate itself from this deceptive online information.
“Consequently, Military Pensioners and other stakeholders are advised to disregard any unauthorized dates circulated online for military pension verification exercise” the statement said.
