Osun State Commandant, Ayodele Phillips of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has paraded a suspect who is specialised in defrauding people with fake dollars.
Commandant Ayodele said Muhideen Olayiwola, 23, from Iragbiji Local Government Area of Osun State confessed that he belonged to a syndicate group that deceives people into believing they can change Naira to dollars. He said the command would ensure thorough investigation was carried out to apprehend other fraudsters who were at large.
Ayodele also promised to partner with other agencies to ensure the state was rid of fraudsters. He further urged the citizens to report any suspicious movement noticed to ensure prompt arrest of anyone believed to be involved in nefarious activities.
